We consolidated all informations regarding our corona processes here. These restrictions are part of our contract. If we are forced to change our portolio dramatically like closing our pools or spa area we will inform you via email. This grants you a right to ccancel for free as well.

Your health and the health of your employees is most important to us. This is why we expanded our cleaning instructions and processes to ensure you are all save here.

Our flex rate offers you perfect flexibility. Cancel for free until three days of your planned arrival date.

Basically all of our services are open again, including restaurant and spa area.

Additionally we did create little islands within our huge park area for you to read, enjoy twosomeness or simply our gorgous mountain view.
Our new "Biergarten" - outdoor cafe and snack bar - is the perfect place for a little break.

*We might need to take the advantages based on 3Gplus back. If this would be a reason for you to cancel your booking, please let us know when you finalise your booking.

The Luitpoldbad Way

Hygiene

Most certainly we used our profund know how to create a very detailed hyganic concept to cope with corona crisis.

Actions:
- distance markers
- your own table for the duration of your stay with a lot space around you
- face masks and Plexiglas-Shields
- Stations with germicides
- your own staff created high frequency cleaning plans
- no buffets

Staff:
- Keeping the recommended distance
- Employees feeling ill will stay at home and inform us imediately
- Employees will be tested regularly

Guests:
We are looking forward to seeing you. You could be our guest, if you:
a) have no Corona symptoms
b) had no contact with people infected or area with higher infection rates than recommended
c) are not living in a high risk area (RKI Germany)
d) bring a negative test - PCR (48h), Antigen (24h)
e) are ok to get tested every 72 hours, if you are not fully vaccinated/recovered. You need to show your negative test until 3pm at the relevant day to our reception staff

g) No tests necessary for vaccinated (Second vaccination 14 days or longer) or recovered. Please bring your certificate for us to copy it.

Ventilation systems

All our ventilation systems use 100% fresh outside air - the air is not recirculated. To reduce air commotion during meals we ventilate the rooms before and after meal-times according to a strict ventilation protocol. For a more thorough exchange of air we open the windows additionally.

Breakfast

- buffet breakfast to be used with freshly disinfected hands

Spa-area

- Our spa area is open
- We created little islands of quietness within our huge park area to relax and enjoy the view
- Hiking trails starting at the hotel for your perfect nature experience

Dinner

- Our tasty half board menus are still available
- We are serving your main dish at your table
- soup, salad and dessert are available at our buffet to be used with freshly disinfected hands

Most certainly we make sure you are able to do social distancing properly

Reception

- Check in: Our Pre-Check-In-Tool enables you to shorten interaction with our staff. If you arrive afterhours, please let us know...we will deposit your key for you.

- During your stay: Just keep your key with you. If you need additional pillows, hiking tipps or some support, feel free to ask our reception desk. They are happy to help you.

- Eve check out is certainly available. Just give us a short notice in advance.
