In Bavaria there no restrictions anymore. But some companies might still only be available if you wear a mask. 
We reommend to get tested before and during your stay and wear any kind of mask, but this is not obligatory.

Most certainly we used our profund know how to create a very detailed hyganic concept to cope with corona crisis.

Actions:

• your own table for the duration of your stay with a lot space around you
• face masks (service team) and Plexiglas-Shields
• Stations with germicides
• your own staff created high frequency cleaning plans

Staff:

• Keeping the recommended distance
• Employees feeling ill will stay at home and inform us imediately
• Employees will be tested regularly. The ones without mask every day.

All our ventilation systems use 100% fresh outside air - the air is not recirculated. To reduce air commotion during meals we ventilate the rooms before and after meal-times according to a strict ventilation protocol. For a more thorough exchange of air we open the windows additionally.

Of course, strictly controlled and regularly cleaned. Ventilations run on 100% fresh air, which is heated contactless in the heat exchanger. And fortunately, the Corona virus hates saunas. Steam bath, infrared sauna, fitness room, and cold chamber remain closed as a precaution.

• You will find soup, salad, and dessert at our buffet. All of the open goods have sneeze guards. 
• Frehsly disinfected hands are mandatory for use - We still serve the main course.
• Enjoy the food at your table or in your room, as you wish.
• For a small extra charge, we will also bring your dinner to your room.

Your room is your safe space of retreat. We make sure that it is hygienically clean when you arrive. Therefore, there is no automatic cleaning during your stay. However, you can have your room cleaned if you wish. Please let us know during check in or one day in advance. In addition, there are supply stations on each corridor with everything you need.

• Check-in: Your key card has been disinfected, of course. 
• During your stay: Just keep your key cards. If you have any questions for the front desk, would like an extra pillow, or otherwise need to talk, we will be happy to assist you until the front desk closes.
• Check-out: If you want to leave very early, you are of course welcome to check out the night before.
