Acting consciously for our environment
There is nothing more important for us personally than to preserve our earth for future generations. We think every little step helps to achive this goal. To additionally support renewable energys and to get us completly climate neutral we "compensate" our remaining COs-footprint.
The origin of our sustainability efforts
We proudly present our 350 sqm photovoltaic site, set on most parts of our hotel's roof. It is producing 70 kW (peak).
As of July 1, 2019, our electricity comes exclusively from renewable sources.
Finally, our new pellet heating system with a large boiler tank has been installed, replacing our oil heating system in normal operation. By the way, the pellets for this come from wood waste from the Allgäu.

By using mainly regional products, we not only support our agriculture and small farms, but also save CO2 through short transport routes.
We are happy to support our travelers who wish to come by train. For stays of 5 days or more, we provide a free pick-up service.
Within our town Bad Hindelang offers free busrides (Giebelhaus excluded) with your guest cards. Addtionally die award winning "Emmi-Mobil" brings you - free of charge - from one place to the other (within town). You just need to book it in advance.
Of course you can charge your e-car for a flat rate. However, please register this when requesting an offer (so that we can ensure a place for you).
We ourselves drive an e-car privately and charge it with the electricity from our photovoltaic system. We were pleased to find out that this is possible until the end of October.
