VIOMA SECURITY INCIDENT
Â
Dear Guests,Â
The security of your personal data is very important to us. We would therefore like to inform you about a security incident involving our booking system provider, vioma.
Late in the evening of November 2, 2026, vioma identified a security vulnerability that may have allowed unauthorized third parties to access personal booking information. This may include names, contact details, and information about your booked stay.
Important: Based on the information currently available, credit card details and passwords were not affected.
Vioma has since closed the security vulnerability.
As vioma informed us on the afternoon of November 3 that information relating to our guests' bookings may also have been accessed, we kindly ask you to be particularly cautious when receiving emails or messages referring to your stay with us. Fraudsters could potentially use this information to make fraudulent payment requests appear legitimate.
Please note: According to vioma, the incident affects bookings with an arrival date of November 1, 2026, or later. We informed all guests who were registered in our online booking system at the time and were therefore potentially affected by email on November 3.
Please be aware:
We will never ask you by email or message to re-enter your credit card details via a link. We will also never contact you on your mobile phone via WhatsApp or similar messaging apps.
If you receive such a message, please contact us directly.
We sincerely regret this incident and are committed to keeping you as fully and transparently informed as possible.
